DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY TIMEs
Free UK delivery orders are sent via 'Royal Mail 2nd Class Post' and take 2-3 working days to arrive (Royal Mail also deliver on Saturday). Please take into account it first takes me 2-3 working days from your order for prints to be created before posting.
CAN I SPEED UP DELIVERY?
Yes. Upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail 1st Class Post at an additional cost. Delivery time is 1-2 working days.
DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?
Yes. Royal Mail also delivers on Saturday.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
Unfortunately, Fox does not ship outside the UK. However, you can buy prints by sending an email. You will be e-mailed a 'High Res PDF Print". This way you will not incur any delivery wait or expensive overseas postage & tax costs. Refer to Print-Only prices.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
On the VERY rare occasion your order arrives damaged you WILL be sent a replacement. If the frame is damaged but not the print, you will be sent a replacement frame. I will need images of the damage for my internal records and as evidence with postal services for compensation claims. I ensure orders are packaged with the utmost care. Please get in touch ASAP and I will move quickly to rectify the situation.
MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED?
I make sure ALL items dispatched via Royal Mail have individual postage receipts. They provide a delivery reference number that I can easily check if your order was received or its current location. Please get in touch ASAP and I can locate your order immediately. I have never had an order just outright vanish, such is Royal Mails system where they input all delivery information. On some occasions delivery was unsuccessful and left with a neighbour or returned to a local sorting office where a card would be left at your address with relevant information to collect your parcel.

HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY PRINT?
Personalisation is added during the order process directly on the website. Complete all necessary sections. Personalisation is shown on relevant prints (e.g. 'Your Name Here'). Double-check your order prior to purchase, especially spelling, as text added will be copied exactly onto the print. You will receive an email with order details.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE PRINT CONTENT?
Fox has created prints and their content with a general consensus in mind to give you an example of how a print will look. You have the option on many prints to change it to suit your own personal preferences. This is done during the order process in the "Edits/changes" section. Make any changes clear for me to understand e.g. 'remove xxxx add xxxx' / 'replace xxxx with xxxx'.
YOU DON'T CHARGE TO PERSONALISE OR EDIT CONTENT?
Correct. I've been on websites before where you like a product but then when you change it or try to personalise it there is a sneaky add-on fee. Hate it! So you won't ever pay any sneaky extras to have a print your way.
I CAN'T FIND A PRINT FOR MY TEAM?
Visit the FULL PRINT LIST page to view all available print styles that can be created and added to team pages. A huge amount of teams are already covered in some shape or form but it is impossible to add every print to every team. Each print on the Full Print List section has a very quick form you can complete to request it to be added for a team.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER?
Get in touch asap as work on a print usually begins shortly after ordering. I can make any changes if it has not been posted. If an order has been posted with an error on your part then a replacement print will be e-mailed for you to print. If the error occurred by Fox then a new replacement print will be sent by post. Both won't incur any fees.

Reviews are hugely appreciated by me and help potential customers with the products and service. I have no ego, so value feedback. If there is something I could be doing better then please let me know.
ARE THERE PRINTS FOR OTHER SPORTS?
Yes and No. Fox did previously cover other sports but now concentrates only on football. However, there are plans to expand the print range into other sports. You can also email me if you want a current print adapted for another sports team and I will try my best to accommodate you.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT CODE?
From time to time the Fox Social Media platforms offer discount codes so keep an eye out. And on the website home page (if you scroll to the bottom you might find one there now).
DO YOU CREATE BESPOKE ORDERS?
I used to but due to the timescale of creating bespoke work, it is often hard to do so, especially during busy periods. If you have a print idea please email and at the very least I can be honest and say yes or no depending on my current workload.
ARE YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes. Fox can be found on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram. Scroll to the bottom of any page and click the icons. Or find them on the contact page. I am constantly learning about Social Media and am most reachable on Facebook & Twitter. If you are an expert on these platforms and have some free advice on how I can improve my Social Media I'd love to hear from you.
CANCELLATIONS | REFUNDS | RETURNS
REFUNDS & RETURNS
I am extremely OCD with packaging so that you receive your order in the same condition as it is dispatched. If, however, your item is damaged in the post or arrives with incorrect details (that differ from what you have provided) I will provide a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, as many products are bespoke that include personalisation, I am unable to refund or exchange unless your item is physically damaged or there is an obvious spelling mistake on my part. In which case I will offer a replacement item or, if unavailable, an alternative or a full refund. I have had so few breakages over the years (touch wood) but understand it can happen regardless of how well I package them, especially when frames have glass. If only the frame is damaged and not the print I will send a replacement frame.
With damaged items, I require images as I like to investigate where and how breakages occur and as compensation claims with Royal Mail.
CANCELLATIONS
I'd be sad if you did want to cancel an order but I get people do have their reasons. Obviously, I cannot cancel orders once they have been posted out. I pride myself on rapid dispatch times and usually start creating your print the same day of your purchase. If you wish to cancel please email me asap and if the item has not yet been posted out I will issue a full refund, regardless if I have already created the print.
